LUQI INC’s obligations may be suspended or lapse in the event of force majeure—any event beyond our control that prevents or delays performance. This includes, but is not limited to, fire, war, insurrection, embargo, pandemic, energy restrictions, or supplier disruptions.

In such cases, no compensation or reimbursement shall be due.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through www.buysellglobe.com. These items may be offered in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with LUQI INC’s Return Policy.

The online catalog may reference products or services that are no longer available. Such references do not imply or guarantee future availability. Any offer made on this website is void where prohibited.

LUQI INC strives to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect colors with complete accuracy.

All LUQI INC products are carefully selected with a focus on luxury, design, quality, and global appeal. While we aim to deliver premium goods and services, LUQI INC does not warrant that any product, service, or information will meet your expectations or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Users may browse, select, and customize products directly through our website. Once satisfied, they may place an order and choose a preferred payment method—bank transfer or online payment.

LUQI INC initiates the production process upon receipt of full payment. After payment confirmation, we provide an “e-proof”—a legally valid document detailing product specifications, customization techniques, logo placement, and visual references.

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve the e-proof. Once approved, LUQI INC proceeds with production and cannot be held liable for any errors resulting from client oversight.

To complete a transaction, clients may be required to provide payment details, including credit/debit card information, billing address, and shipping details. By submitting this information, you authorize LUQI INC to share it with third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Inc.) to facilitate payment.

Clients agree to pay all applicable charges, including shipping, handling, and taxes, at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. While LUQI INC may confirm orders via email, such confirmation does not constitute acceptance or a binding offer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required before production begins. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. LUQI INC reserves the right to suspend services or terminate agreements if payment is not received within one (1) week of notice. In such cases, LUQI INC may seek compensation for losses incurred due to wrongful termination.

LUQI INC offers optional logistics services, allowing clients to store purchased products in our partner warehouses and ship them on demand.

Products held in inventory are managed with reasonable care. LUQI INC may ship items to the client or their designee upon request and payment of applicable fees, including shipping and customs.

Clients are responsible for all additional charges, such as storage, packing, and cancellation fees. If a shipment request is canceled, LUQI INC reserves the right to apply restocking or handling fees.

To terminate LUQI INC’s logistics service, clients must submit a formal request via email to support@buysellglobe.com. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted.

Goods delivered by LUQI INC shall comply with the specifications outlined in the Sales Order, including any approved drawings or samples provided by the client or their designated third party.

Deliveries within China and internationally are conducted under recognized INCOTERMS. For domestic and regional shipments, LUQI INC typically uses DAP (Delivered At Place). For international deliveries, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) may be applied to ensure efficient customs clearance and faster delivery. Associated fees will be estimated and invoiced to the client accordingly.

Quoted delivery schedules represent LUQI INC’s best estimate based on current logistics and production timelines. All delivery dates are approximate and subject to change. LUQI INC is not liable for any loss or expense resulting from delays, and partial deliveries may occur.

Title and risk of loss or damage pass to the client upon transfer of goods to the carrier. The client assumes responsibility for all transportation charges. In the event of loss or damage during transit, LUQI INC will assist in filing claims with the carrier. If the carrier is found liable, compensation may be offered. However, LUQI INC is not responsible for undelivered packages due to recipient absence, failure to collect from a relay point, or incorrect address details. Reshipment costs for returned packages will be charged to the client.

LUQI INC is not liable for address changes requested after dispatch or for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the client.

For international exports, LUQI INC will support clients in completing customs documentation when shipping to countries outside its regular delivery zones. However, LUQI INC is not liable for customs delays, rejections, or re-shipping costs incurred during export procedures.

All prices listed on www.buysellglobe.com are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and fees. These may include, but are not limited to: sales tax, VAT, import/export duties, excise taxes, registration fees, and other charges imposed by governmental or tax authorities.

LUQI INC may be legally required to collect sales or similar taxes on products sold. All such taxes are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.

Clients providing a valid Intra-community VAT number at the time of purchase may be exempt from certain taxes. If the VAT number is submitted after the order is placed, LUQI INC may issue a refund for the applicable tax amount, provided the number was valid at the time of transaction.

LUQI INC’s Return Policy applies exclusively to physical products and their customization. This policy assumes that clients provide accurate, current, and truthful information when placing orders.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted under the following four conditions:

• (a) Products are damaged during delivery
• (b) Products have manufacturing defects
• (c) Products contain customization errors caused by LUQI INC
• (d) Client requests additional processing of products without any damage or defect

Returns are not accepted for sample items or under any conditions outside of those listed above.

Return Request Timeline

Clients must submit a return request within 10 calendar days of delivery, with the delivery date confirmed by the carrier considered as Day 0. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Submission Process

Return requests must be submitted via email to support@buysellglobe.com. While phone discussions are allowed, only email submissions are considered valid. LUQI INC is not responsible for undelivered emails unless they were sent to the correct address and landed in spam. Emails sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible.

Each product is eligible for only one return request.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Include all labels, protective envelopes, and accessories

LUQI INC will inspect returned items to verify eligibility. If approved, the client will be notified via email. If denied, the client will also be informed. If LUQI INC requests the return of items and the client cannot comply, the return policy becomes void.

Compensation Options for Cases (a), (b), and (c) — LUQI INC’s Fault

If LUQI INC is responsible for the issue, the client may choose one of the following:

• Replacement: Damaged or faulty products are replaced with newly customized items (only if quantity meets minimum customization threshold). LUQI INC covers all related costs.
• Reimbursement: Refund for affected items only, provided the refund is ≥ ¥500 or 20% of the total order value (whichever is lower).
• Credit: Store credit equal to the value of affected items, recommended by LUQI INC.

Shipping costs for returning affected items are covered by LUQI INC.

If the client declines to receive returned items, LUQI INC may donate them to charity with the client’s consent.

Compensation Options for Case (c) — Client’s Fault

Client errors include incorrect customization details, contact info, or failure to respond to communications. In such cases, the client may choose:

Ownership Options:

• Return all products to LUQI INC (shipping costs borne by client; LUQI INC may donate items with consent)
• Retain all products for personal use

Compensation Options:

• Replace all products with newly customized items (client pays all related costs)
• No replacement; client retains original items

Case (d): Additional Processing

If the client requests further customization:

• Client must ship products to LUQI INC at their own risk and expense
• LUQI INC is not liable for damage during transit
• All costs for customization and return shipping are invoiced to the client

Sample Returns

Samples are not eligible for standard returns. If a client wishes to return samples:

• Administrative fees apply
• LUQI INC will provide a return label via email
• Client is responsible for shipping and any damage incurred

If the client places an order and wishes to include customized samples:

• LUQI INC will accept samples for customization
• Administrative fees apply
• LUQI INC is not liable for damage during transit

LUQI INC retains ownership of all goods until full payment of the purchase price and any applicable charges, including shipping, taxes, interest, or penalties. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the goods, regardless of cause—including unforeseen events or force majeure.

Our Services may include content, products, or services provided by third parties. Links to external websites are offered for convenience and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. LUQI INC does not review or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party materials, websites, or services, and assumes no liability for their content or use.

LUQI INC strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information on www.buysellglobe.com is complete, current, or error-free.
